Canopo Audit is an extremely useful tool for verifying company compliance with the minimum requirements for video terminal workstations (Legislative Decree 81/2008, Title VII, Equipment with video terminals).
Our aim is to put the Employer in a position to comply with the regulatory requirements in Paragraph 3, Article 174 of Legislative Decree 81/2008: “Organize and prepare workplaces (referred to in Art. 173) in compliance with the minimum requirements provided for by Annex XXXIV”.
So it’s important to check workstations with video terminals have been correctly set up and organised.
This compliance analysis can be performed using Canopo Audit as follows.
First, a checklist is created in Canopo Audit based on the transposition of the requirements in Annex XXXIV of Legislative Decree 81/08 (Video terminals – Minimum requirements).
Then the list of all the registered video terminal workstations is uploaded in the software, in the form of targets for audits, and the checklist is linked to all the video terminal workstations.
Finally, objective evidence is collected by applying the checklist to each workstation.
The checklist can be completed on a tablet, near the workstation being checked.
Canopo Audit also lets you add any anomalies or non-compliance with regulatory requirements. All the anomalies are included in the Improvement Intervention Plan, which can be exported or managed directly in the program.
